Shipping

All shipments are fully insured.  In the contiguous 48 United States, shipping costs are fixed based on the amount of the order:

$0 - $395 =           $15

$395 - $645 =       $18

$645 - $1,000 =    $23

$1,000 - $1,500 = $32

$1,500 + =            $45

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, please use our Global shipping options or ask about pricing.  You will be liable for any import duties or taxes your destination country imposes. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Return Policy

You will surely be pleased with your purchase, but you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
